Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

ClearValue Lending is committed to making our website and application portal accessible to people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to the financial information and tools we provide.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, cognitive, and neurological impairments.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We continue to test, improve, and remediate areas where the Services do not yet meet our conformance target.

What We've Done

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate landmarks (header, main, footer, nav).
  • Skip-to-content links for keyboard users.
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and meaningful UI components.
  • Descriptive link text and form labels.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked accordingly.
  • Support for keyboard-only navigation throughout the Services.
  • Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference.

Limitations and Ongoing Work

Despite our efforts, some content on the Services may not yet be fully accessible. Areas where we are continuing to improve include:

  • Third-party content embedded in our Services, including some video and interactive widgets;
  • Older PDF documents that may not have full text-layer accessibility;
  • Custom UI components that are still being audited and remediated.

Assistive Technologies

Our Services are designed to work with current versions of widely-used assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack), screen magnifiers, and voice-control software, when used with current versions of major web browsers.

Please describe the issue in as much detail as you can — for example, the page URL, the assistive technology you are using, and what you expected to happen. We will respond as soon as practicable, generally within five (5) business days, and we will work with you to provide the information or service you are seeking through an alternative communication method while we remediate the issue.

This Accessibility Statement was prepared and approved by ClearValue Lending. It is reviewed periodically and updated as our Services evolve.
