Communications Consent

Effective May 6, 2026. This Communications Consent is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

By providing your phone number through our Services and checking the applicable consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for ClearValue Lending and our funding partners to contact you by telephone, including by automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), pre-recorded voice, and SMS or MMS text messages, at the number you provide, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any application, financing, or service.

1. What You Are Consenting To

When you check the consent box associated with your phone number on our Services, you agree that ClearValue and our funding partners may contact you at the number you provide, for the following purposes:

  • To complete, verify, and follow up on your application;
  • To present financing offers from our funding partners and answer questions about those offers;
  • To deliver account, transaction, and customer-service communications;
  • To provide marketing and promotional communications about ClearValue and our funding partners' products and services;
  • To deliver legal notices and other communications required by law.

Communications may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, by pre-recorded or artificial voice, by SMS/MMS text messages, or by live agent. Standard message and data rates may apply.

2. SMS Program Details

  • Program description. Application status, follow-up, marketing, and informational messages from ClearValue Lending.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your application activity and engagement; typically up to 10 messages per month.
  • Carriers. Most major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any of our text messages or contact us at hello@clearvaluemoney.com.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any of our text messages to opt out of further marketing SMS. You may continue to receive transactional messages necessary to service an active application.

3. Opting Out and Revoking Consent

Consistent with the Federal Communications Commission's TCPA rules, you may revoke consent to receive autodialed or pre-recorded marketing calls or text messages by any reasonable means that clearly expresses your desire not to receive further communications. Reasonable means include any of the following:

  • Marketing SMS: reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any marketing text from us. We will treat any of those keywords (and any other reasonable expression of revocation) as an immediate opt-out.
  • Marketing email: use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or reply with "unsubscribe."
  • Marketing calls: tell the caller to remove your number from our marketing list, or email hello@clearvaluemoney.com.
  • All marketing channels at once: email hello@clearvaluemoney.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe — All Channels."

We will process your opt-out as soon as reasonably practicable and in no event later than ten (10) business days after receipt, consistent with FCC requirements. After you opt out, we may still contact you with transactional or service communications necessary to service an active application or account.

4. Accuracy of Your Number

You represent and warrant that any phone number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive calls and messages at that number. If your number changes, you agree to notify us promptly. ClearValue and our funding partners are not responsible for charges incurred from anyone other than the account holder.

5. Recording of Calls

For training, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes, calls between you and ClearValue or our funding partners may be monitored or recorded where lawful. By continuing the call after notice, you consent to monitoring and recording.

6. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and State Law

The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission, and certain state mini-TCPAs (including those of Florida, Oklahoma, Washington, Maryland, and others) require prior express written consent before a business may use an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or pre-recorded voice, or regulated text-message technology to contact a consumer's wireless number for marketing purposes. The consent you provide in connection with the Services is a clear and conspicuous, written authorization that identifies the parties authorized to contact you (ClearValue Lending and the funding partners listed at or made available through the consent point), and is not a condition of receiving any product or service. The funding partners authorized to contact you under your consent are the lenders and lender representatives in our network. The categories of those partners are listed on our Lending Partners page, and a current list of specific partners is made available at the time you provide consent and on request (email hello@clearvaluemoney.com with the subject line "Lending Partner List Request"). You may revoke consent at any time using any of the reasonable means described in Section 3.
