Brian Kim

Brian Kim, CPA is a Co-Founder of ClearValue Lending and the founder of ClearValue Tax, a financial-education channel that has reached more than 2.8 million people on YouTube (@clearvaluetax9382). His work focuses on translating tax, credit, and financing decisions into plain-English guidance that small business owners and everyday consumers can act on.

Through that work Brian heard from the same people every day — small business owners turned away by banks and buried in fine print, and individuals trying to compare credit cards, banking, mortgages, insurance, and loans with scattered or paywalled information. He founded ClearValue Lending to bridge that gap: a business & personal financing platform, not a lender and not a sales floor, that researches the options and publishes an honest verdict ranked by fit (never by who pays).

Brian is not a licensed lender or underwriter and does not personally review individual applications. Routine site content is not reviewed by Brian personally, and ClearValue Lending does not operate a staffed review desk; instead, every product is scored against ClearValue's published methodology — a tax-first, four-factor rubric — and the ClearValue verdict is published even when it costs a commission.
